HRD PART LEADER

As HRD Part Leader you will growing team and supervise the day-to-day operations of the HR team to ensure a high level of productivity. You will be involved in the recruitment process, benefits administration, training, conflict resolution, and other operational tasks as needed. 

You will also assist with ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, evaluate our current HR policies and procedures, and suggest improvements to the HRD Team Leader and the work location in Ciracas, East Jakarta.

Disclaimer: The selection process will be conducting offline interview in South Jakata & Ciracas, East Jakarta. Ensure that you able to attend offline interview based on our procedure.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field
  2. At least 7 years of experience in HR, with preferably 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  3. In-depth knowledge of HR practices, administration, and state and federal HR laws, and best practices
  4. Familiarity with performance management systems and career development programs.
  5. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
  6. Experience in designing and delivering training programs for diverse groups of employees.
  7. Familiarity with performance management systems and career development programs.
  8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  9. Expertise in conflict management and great relationship-building skills
  10. Ability to take initiative and maintain confidentiality
  11. Familiar with Ms. Office specially Ms. Excell, Ms.PPT and also experience using HRIS or others HR Systems

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process
  • Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
  • Creating and revising job descriptions
  • Conducting annual salary surveys
  • Developing, recommending and implementing personnel policies and procedures
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
  • Overseeing exit interviews
  • Maintaining department records and reports
  • Participating in administrative staff meetings
  • Maintaining organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws

Onsite
Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
