QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related major.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Export Import Staff, preferably in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
- Understand export-import process, customs clearance, shipment handling, and trade documentation.
- Familiar with Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO/SKA, PIB, PEB, HS Code, Incoterms, import duty, and export-import regulations.
- Familiar with INSW, CEISA, ERP system, and coordination with PPJK/freight forwarder is preferred.
- Good communication, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to communicate in English (written & spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and manage export-import documents accurately and on time.
- Coordinate shipment and customs clearance process with suppliers, customers, PPJK, forwarders, shipping lines, and related parties.
- Monitor shipment process and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure export-import activities comply with customs regulations and company policies
- Check HS Code, import duty, tax, and shipment requirements before processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding import and export needs.
- Handle shipment issues, permit follow-up, document revision, and customs-related matters.
- Prepare shipment reports, tracking, cost monitoring, and document filing.
- Support audit preparation by maintaining complete and accurate documentation.
