EXPORT IMPORT STAFF

QUALIFICATION:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related major.
  2. Minimum 1 year experience as Export Import Staff, preferably in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
  3. Understand export-import process, customs clearance, shipment handling, and trade documentation.
  4. Familiar with Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO/SKA, PIB, PEB, HS Code, Incoterms, import duty, and export-import regulations.
  5. Familiar with INSW, CEISA, ERP system, and coordination with PPJK/freight forwarder is preferred.
  6. Good communication, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  7. Able to communicate in English (written & spoken).
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and manage export-import documents accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate shipment and customs clearance process with suppliers, customers, PPJK, forwarders, shipping lines, and related parties.
  • Monitor shipment process and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure export-import activities comply with customs regulations and company policies
  • Check HS Code, import duty, tax, and shipment requirements before processing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding import and export needs.
  • Handle shipment issues, permit follow-up, document revision, and customs-related matters.
  • Prepare shipment reports, tracking, cost monitoring, and document filing.
  • Support audit preparation by maintaining complete and accurate documentation.
