EXPATRIATE PERMIT STAFF

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Expatriate Permit Staff to support and manage expatriate legal documentation and permit processes in compliance with Indonesian regulations. This position will be work in Ciracas, East Jakarta. If you are experienced in expatriate permit administration and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to join our team.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Public Administration, Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in expatriate permit handling or related position.
  3. Preferred Background: experience at a manufacturing company, permit/visa consultancy, or a multinational company will be an advantage.
  4. Experienced in handling KITAS, visa, work permit, passport, and expatriate legal documentation.
  5. Familiar with Indonesian immigration and manpower regulations.
  6. Good communication and coordination skills with government institutions.
  7. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  9. Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle expatriate legal processes, including KITAS, visa, work permit, stay permit, passport, and related documents.
  • Monitor permit validity and ensure timely renewal process.
  • Coordinate with Immigration Office, KEMENAKER, BKPM, and related government institutions.
  • Maintain accurate expatriate documentation and administrative records.
  • Support expatriate onboarding and legal administrative requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration and manpower regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, GA, EHS, and related users.

Onsite
Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
