QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree of Accounting & Finance
- Have minimum 2 years working experience as Staff Finance & Accounting
- Familiar with Ms. Office and administration
- Detail oriented, accurate and love to work with numbers
- Understanding of report tax
- Fluent in English is A MUST (both written and verbal)
- Collaboration, synergy with Marketing, RNI (Research & Innovation), Regulatory Affairs and Cosmax Indonesia Teams
- Domicile in Selangor, Malaysia
- Understanding of certification ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 is a value
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating and preparing a bill, invoices, complete the billing documents and send the invoice and bill to the customer
- Input data tax and reporting tax
- Create sales report, updating accounts payable supplier
- Control and follow up bill, payment data update supplier
- Prepare comprehensive monthly management tax reports (tax planning, tax compliance, tax advisory, tax audit and others related tax)
- Oversee all internal and client communication in relation all tax issues
- Collate and consolidate business and compliance reports
- Coordination with Tax Office
Workplace:
Onsite in Selangor, Malaysia
Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
