Qualifications:
- Min education is Bachelor (S1) or Diploma (D3) from any major preferably Marketing Management, Business Management or others related
- Have experience as Marketing or product development is a plus point
- A value plus if your major is Mandarin/Chinese language
- MUST ACTIVE (advanced level) in Mandarin/Chinese Language
- Have a passion in marketing and product development in cosmetics industries
- Willing to learn, high motivation to work, good in communication skill, adaptive
- Able to communication in English both written and oral
- Familiar with MS. Office specially MS.Excel and MS.Power Point
Role & Responsibilities:
- To produce concepts or ideas for innovative new products on market research
- Collect and gather information from both existing and new client regarding cosmetics that they will be need .
- Preparing documents in accordance with SOP required for new product development.
- Monitoring new product launching based on scheduling
- Maintain relation based on all opportunities project
- Follow up and cooperation with agency, R&I team, SCM & Logistik Team, Production Team, PPIC Team.
- Building and develop relation with new clients or existing clients
- Reach the marketing target
