LEADER/TEAM LEADER HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :

  • Min bachelor degree of human resources management, law,  psychology or related.
  • Have min 10 years working experience as People & Culture, People Development/Organizational Development, HRBP, Training and HR related matters.
  • Have good knowledge & understanding of social audit (ILS, SMETA SEDEX or related).
  • Understanding of Quality Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or related).
  • Prior experience from a related industry (such as manufacture, PMA Manufacture) will be advantageous.
  • Good communication in English is a must.
  • Excellent communication, posses strategic thinking, ability to make effective decision, co-ordinates effectively with stake holders (local & overseas.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Able to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks accurately.
  • Outgoing and possess “Can Do” attitude with good inter-personal skills.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Developing Man Power Planning & Organizational Development.
  • Plan & implement organization’s learning strategy & programs to ensure business needs are met and aligned (e-learning courses, workshops and other training).
  • Conduct TNA Assessment to evaluate organizational & individual employee development needs.
  • Execute training activities to increase employee’s competencies according to individual needs.
  • Promote open & transparent communication channels within the organizations.
  • Recognize & celebrate employee achievements & milestones through various recognition programs.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

OBJECTIVES

  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Develop compensation, benefits plans, appraisal systems.
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
  • Discuss employees’ career development paths  and evaluation tools with managers.
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
  • Review departmental budgets.
  • Organize learning and development programs.
  • Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS).
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation.
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
  • Nurture a positive working environment & maintenance company culture  images.
