REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :
- Min bachelor degree of human resources management, law, psychology or related.
- Have min 10 years working experience as People & Culture, People Development/Organizational Development, HRBP, Training and HR related matters.
- Have good knowledge & understanding of social audit (ILS, SMETA SEDEX or related).
- Understanding of Quality Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or related).
- Prior experience from a related industry (such as manufacture, PMA Manufacture) will be advantageous.
- Good communication in English is a must.
- Excellent communication, posses strategic thinking, ability to make effective decision, co-ordinates effectively with stake holders (local & overseas.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Able to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks accurately.
- Outgoing and possess “Can Do” attitude with good inter-personal skills.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Developing Man Power Planning & Organizational Development.
- Plan & implement organization’s learning strategy & programs to ensure business needs are met and aligned (e-learning courses, workshops and other training).
- Conduct TNA Assessment to evaluate organizational & individual employee development needs.
- Execute training activities to increase employee’s competencies according to individual needs.
- Promote open & transparent communication channels within the organizations.
- Recognize & celebrate employee achievements & milestones through various recognition programs.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
OBJECTIVES
- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
- Develop compensation, benefits plans, appraisal systems.
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
- Discuss employees’ career development paths and evaluation tools with managers.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
- Review departmental budgets.
- Organize learning and development programs.
- Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS).
- Solid understanding of labor legislation.
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
- Nurture a positive working environment & maintenance company culture images.
