PART LEADER MANAGEMENT PLANNING

QUALIFICATIONS : 

• Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring Financial Analyst, Business Management, Marketing Management , Management Accounting or related field.
• Have minimum 6- 8 year of work experience in Financial Analyst preferably from cosmetics industry or manufacture.
• Only CV in English will be process.
• Strong in data analytical thinking.
• Experience using MS. Excell (pivot, hlookup, vlookup).
• Must good and active in English.
• Good in communication with internal staffs.
• Interested in local and global circumstances.
• Willing to work in Gedung Cibis Nine, 18th Floor, South Jakarta.
• Willing to interview offline in South Jakarta & East Jakarta.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : 

• Create , improve the system regarding the flow process of pricing requests until its final  approval.
• Calculate the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for all products within the portfolio.
• Analyze, review cost components, including raw materials, PKG Material, CC costs to ensure precision in calculations.
• Monitor, maintain Contribution Margin (CM) & Operating Income (OI) for all products.
• Analyzing sales revenue , associated costs , Identify areas for improvement in cost-efficiency to enhance overall profit margins.
• Collaborate on developing cost-effective strategies to align pricing structures with client expectations.
• Prepare, generate periodic performance reports for management including gather relevant data from various sources  within the organization, including sales, finance, operations, marketing.
• Organize,maintain a centralized repository for meeting-related data, ensuring easy accessibility for all stakeholders.
• Make a report every month regarding the price calculation process for New Product     Development (NPD) which will later be presented to the marketing team.
