Qualifications :
- Min. S1 Technique/System Information, Technique Computer
- Min. experience 10 years as IT/Programmer Manager manufacture industry
- Have a developers background and have good understanding of digital technologies
- Good skill and ability to develop & support team Software Development infrastructure
- Have experience in Project Management Process, Programming Language, SAP systems, IT Infrastructure & Mycrotic Configuration.
- Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security.
- Strong track record of leading successful IT projects/programs from start to finish
- Good communication skills in English both oral and written
- Good analytical & logical thinking, open minded & good leadership
Role & Responsibilities :
- Align with IT security policies, procedures and standards and ensure organizational compliance.
- Actively manage vendor/ outsource systems that contain critical information
- Work with Regional teams to support and measure the performance Global applications like ERP, Salesforce, etc
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility (preferably from manufacture)
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company’s standards
- Formulating, managing also evaluating the operations of information systems (software and applications) and the supports (hardware, infrastructure, telecommunications)
